I am currently working as a fitness professional at Northumbria University. I do personal training, group exercise classes and sports coaching among a whole lot of other things. I am very interested in psychology and I like to relate what I know to the job I do, whether that be looking at the best way to motivate or helping people kick their bad habits.
I write this blog in my spare time. I don’t have any set times for updates as I am currently working on a number of projects including a book, a weight loss program to rival the leaders in the industry and my own fitness Bootcamps. Hopefully I can be a bit more regular with what I publish in the future.
I mainly write about health and the fitness industry. I am an advocate of Juicing so I will write recipes from time to time. I got into that when I was about 14 years old and it really helped me lose my ‘puppy fat’ which I had while I was younger. I then went to work for Jason ‘the Juice Master’ Vale at his retreat in Turkey for a bit working with people from all walks of life.
